Anissa Moeini

Dr. Anissa Moeini is a founder and social scientist whose work centers on strengthening the capacity of mission-driven companies to deliver trusted, sustained impact for the people and communities they serve. She is the Founder & CEO of Goldstar Education, pioneering impact diagnostics for purpose-driven innovation, and an Honorary Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCL’s Institute of Education, where she continues to advance research and thought leadership in impact and innovation.

At Goldstar Education, she leads the development of Goldstar Diagnostics™, a research-validated assessment framework that evaluates the infrastructure and organizational capacities companies need to build with purpose and be trusted to deliver meaningful results. Originally developed for the EdTech sector, her work now supports organizations across MedTech, ClimateTech, and other social impact industries, spanning collaborations with institutions including Johns Hopkins University, University College London, the National Science Foundation, Digital Promise, and other impact-focused organizations.

Anissa holds a PhD from the Institute of Education at University College London, where her doctoral research introduced the Evidence-informed Learning Technology Enterprise (ELTE) framework—a practical model for strengthening organizational capacity and the strategic use of evidence within technology enterprises. She also earned an MA in International Education Development (specializing in Instructional Technology and Design) from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an iBBA in International Business from the Schulich School of Business at York University.”
